  1. SOLEMNITY: Today we join the universal Church in celebrating the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul, two of the greatest apostles and foundational figures of our faith . May their courage and faith continue to guide us in our journey of discipleship.
  1. SPECIAL BLESSING FOR THE MONTH: Today is the Last Sunday of the month. There shall be a special thanksgiving for those born in the month of June and those who had wedding anniversaries or any special celebration during this month.
  1. LAITY COLLECTION: Today is the 5th Sunday of the month and so our Second Collection will be for the support of the Archdiocesan Laity project. Please let us kindly donate generously. 111
  1. SMALL CHRISTIAN COMMUNITY: There will be SCC meetings at our various community centres on Wednesday, 2nd July, 2025 at 6.00 pm prompt. Scriptural Reading: Luke 9:14-17. SCC Mass will be at St. Peter SCC. Venue: 512 Road, F Close, House 24, FESTAC Town.

THE APOSTOLATE OF THE MOST PRECIOUS BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST: Invites Parishioners to their Great July Novena Which Takes off from 1st – 31st July 2025 after morning masses in-front of the church but at the courtyard on Saturdays. Also collect their petition envelopes, after drop the envelopes in the basket in-front of the church outside. Precious Blood of Jesus Christ save us and the whole world.
  1. FIRST FRIDAY COMMUNION TO THE SICK AND HOME-BOUND: The First Friday visit and communion to the sick and home-bound comes up this Friday, July 4th, 2025.
  1. FIRST SATURDAY: The First Saturday Marian Devotion and Rosary Procession comes up this Saturday, July 5th, 2025 after the 6:30am Mass.

  1. CATECHISM CLASSES: Registrations into Catechism classes for Adult Confirmation classes start on Sunday 6th July 2025. Registration ends on Sunday 31st, August 2025.
  1. PARISH HYMN BOOKS: We appreciatethe Knights and Ladies of St. Mulumba, Festac sub-council for their kind donations of hymns books for our use. We appeal to us to kindly handle them with care and do not take them away.

  1. (1%) ONE PERCENT BIBLE CHALLENGE: We wish to encourage all Parishioners to read and study the word of God for at least 15minutes every day; which is about 1% of 24 hours. For this week, we shall be continuing with the EPHESIANS. Take up this challenge faithfully as stated below and be enriched spiritually.
