- LAETARE SUNDAY: Today is the Fourth Sunday of lent, traditionally known as “Laetare Sunday” from the Latin word that means “Rejoice”. It sets a tone of joyful anticipation of the Easter mystery and the use of the “ROSE” coloured vestment.
